Customization Process

Thank you for choosing our customized products! Please follow the steps below to place your order:

1. Choose your product

Select your preferred product size and style, then make payment.

2. Submit photos and design details of your pet

Send high-quality photos of your pet (front, side) along with your design requirements and order confirmation code to admin@petcusplanet.com

3. Design consultation

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will contact you to discuss design details.

4. Design confirmation

After 5-10 business days we will email you the first version of the design. You can request minor changes and we will revise them until you are happy with the final design.

5. Production

Once the design is finalized, production begins. Since our products are handmade, the creation process takes 7-14 business days.

6. Packaging and Shipping

Once your product is completed, we will carefully package it and ship it to you.
